6 Week Workout Program
6 Week Workout Program is a 6 week full body training program created by Greta Kent.
This program focuses on sculpting a strong, lean body physique with unique workouts in the comfort of your own home or gym.
Focuses on lower body, upper body and core through strength and conditioning training. Empowering you to build muscle in all area's of the body!
Become a stronger athlete in the gym or comfort of your own home. In 4 weeks, you will burn unhealthy body fat around the stomach, love handles, legs and underarms.
Includes step-by-step guidelines on how to properly perform each exercise within the program. Track your progress as you go, with me by your side keeping you accountable.
- Yoga mat
- Resistance bands (booty bands)
- Bench (or chair)
- Yoga ball
- 6 per week, 6 weeks
- 30 minutes - 1 hr
- Full body, HIIT, muscle splits, etc
- Video demos for each exercise showing proper form
