I've been meaning to share this recipe on the blog since last Fall...well, no better time! Enjoy this one, it's so easy and packed with nutrients for lunch, din, or even a post-workout snack.
Easy Baked Salmon Burgers (GF)
3 5oz cans of salmon (tuna would work as well!)
1/2 cup flaxseed meal, or almond meal
seasonings: garlic powder, smoked paprika, sea salt, dill
Step One: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Step Two: Open the cans and drain any liquid. Mix all ingredients in one bowl, until well combined.
Step Three: Place burgers onto lined tray and place in oven for 10 minutes. Flip, and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
Serve on a salad or as regular burgers, etc. These are great to meal prep as well and store in freezer for about a month in a sealed glass container.
